Double room in lovely Brixton flat

Hi there!

We have a large double room available in our Brixton flat sharing with 3 girls. The room is a really good size with lots of windows, and comes with a double bed, clothes rack and mirror - the girl leaving is selling the desk as well :)

Rent is £510 per month, with bills working out around £60 a month (water/gas/electricity/council tax/wifi).

The flat has a bathroom with shower & sink downstairs, separate toilet & sink upstairs. We also have a pretty decent balcony/terrace. No living room sadly, but we all tend to hang out in the kitchen or out on the terrace when the weather's nice!

We're looking for someone who wants a home, not just a place to sleep. We are all quite sociable and like chatting in the kitchen together and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that (although we all definitely enjoy a night in our rooms by ourselves!), preferably a working professional.

We enjoy cooking, art, watching pug videos, a good feminist/political discussion over a bottle of wine etc. the usual!
Krista works as a research assistant and Rosie and Siel both work in charity sector. All of us are vegetarian/vegan and would prefer someone who is also veggie.

The flat is a 15 min walk from Brixton and Stockwell station and 10min from Loughborough Junction. Lots of buses into central & south London just 5min away. We are around the corner from Brixton Jamm and there's loads of shops and cafes around.

We are looking to ideally find someone to move in to the room by 1st March.
