We are looking for a lodger for our large, en-suite room at the top of our three-storey family house on the borders of Camberwell, East Dulwich and Peckham.

The room is spacious, cosy and fully-furnished, in a period-style house that was built in 2014. The room has a comfortable kingsize bed, a sofa, TV and desk, and an en-suite shower room.

There is a large, south facing roof terrace just by your room, which you are welcome to use.

You would be sharing with us (English teacher and print consultant) and our six year old daughter. We both work at home some / all of the time. Ideally, you are not looking for a work from home base, but we know things are changing...

We are friendly and welcoming, but busy with week day commitments, and ideally seeking someone fairly happy to do their own thing, and we will be respectful of your space.

Easy access to London Bridge from East Dulwich Station (4 minutes' walk) or Blackfriars / Clapham Junction / Victoria from Denmark Hill (9 minutes walk). We are just over five minutes walk to both Bellenden Road and Lordship Lane.

Great access to King's College Hospital (about a 10 minute walk) for anyone working there.

We are also happy to have a Monday to Friday lodger for reduced rent. Please get in touch if you’re interested!
