Housemates wanted for “non-smoking” house in SE6 1UF with a nice fenced in garden, washing machine and dishwasher, shared living room, shared kitchen and two shower rooms.
We have some nice green space/parks around (Forster Memorial Park at the end of the Road or Beckenham Place Park within walking distance), Downham Leisure Centre is under a mile away for the pool and gym enthusiasts.

These rooms are available:

•£460 for the single bedroom with build in wardrobe (available from 10th November)
•£560 for the upstairs small double (available from 10th November)
•£590 for the downstairs small double with access to garden (available TBC from 21st November or 1 December TBC)
•£680 for the upstairs large double (available from 19 December the latest, possibly earlier, move arrangements still being planned )

Reference and 6 weeks deposit required.

The house is located near a bus stop (TfL bus line 124) which takes 5 minutes bus ride to Grove Park station (16 minutes if you walk) or 15 minutes bus ride to Catford/Catford Bridge station. From Grove Park station there is a good connection to central London and the train takes approx 14 minutes to London Bridge or 22 minutes to Waterloo East and Cannon Street.
If you are driving there is usually free on street parking.
