39 year old female seeking ideally a female lodger in a furnished first floor flat in Lower Sydenham from beginning January. The bedroom is a large room furnished with a double bed, nightstand, built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Includes a shared kitchen (including washing machine), living room with a TV and TV licence, and bathroom with a shower and bath tub. All bills and council tax, and fibre optic are included.

I am friendly and have a few different jobs so lead a very busy life. My ideal flatmate is someone who is also friendly, considerate, tidy and hard-working and possibly up for the odd film night!

The flat is well-situated, just an 8 minutes walk from Lower Sydenham station (with links to London Bridge, Waterloo and Charing Cross), a 15 minute walk to Bellingham and Beckenham Hill stations, and a 25 minute walk to Sydenham overground. There is very good shopping nearby - a 5 minute walk to Bell green retail park (Sainsbury's Argos, Aldi and many more) and located in close proximity to the Green Chain walk. The lovely Beckenham Place Park is a mere 15 minute walk away.

I'm open to shorter lets than 3 months or Monday-Friday rentals, but there would be a rent adjustment if so. Please contact me for further details. I'm also open to moving in your things ahead of Christmas before taking up residence if this is needed.
