The rate is based on individuals working full time in their workplace, however, there would be a small additional rate of £50-£75 p/m for part time or full-time remote workers to cover extra utility usage).

The property is located in a lovely quiet residential area on the border of Forest Hill and Sydenham within 10 mins walking of Catford Town Centre or Bellingham Station and 20 min from Forest Hill Town Centre. Both Catford and Forest Hill are vibrant communities with lots of amenities including bars, restaurants, nightclubs, leisure centres, jogging and cycle path and Catford Theatre a stones throw away.

Transport:
Catford has excellent transport links to London Bridge (15 mins), Charing Cross (20 mins) and Blackfriars (15 mins) with two train stations and a very reliable bus service to anywhere in London.

Shopping:
There are several shopping centres within easy reach including incl Lewisham, Bromley and Westfield and Croydon and a 20 train journey will get you into the heart of Charing Cross with Regent Street and Oxford Street.
