The room is on the ground floor and is fully furnished with a floor to ceiling built-in wardrobe.

Close by: supermarkets, shops, bars, pubs, restaurants & the Catford street food market. Mountsfield Park is 2 mins away with its acres of green space & a wide range of recreational pursuits, including: basketball, football, tennis. Gym/s 5 min walk.

Our sun filled terrace garden is the perfect space to have a break or to eat lunch or work from outside when the weather is warm (wifi extends into the garden).
We have a secure bike shed and the patio area is great for BBQs in the summer!

The house includes a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop, dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, range cooker & coffee machine. Cosy living area with a Smart TV and comfortable sofas.

Please note the room is for SINGLE occupancy.

All bills included: utility, broadband, council tax and a weekly cleaner to all shared areas.
