Small bright single room with balcony (Mon to Fri)

Monday to Friday only. Not available for full time or wfh. Shorter stays at a reduced rent also ok, happy to discuss. Private and sole use of single room with balcony. Live in landlady, female friend will be staying possibly 2 nights a month in living room on a bed settee, remaining time just myself.
The room has a double glazed glass panelled door (with small window above) onto private balcony. Chest of drawers and ladder bookcase for storage plus additional room under the single bed. It is a small room. Shared living room and kitchen/diner. Fabulous bathroom, with walk in shower, less than fabulous kitchen that I will be improving soon. One very timid cat in residence (not allowed on beds !) First floor flat with on street parking but permit required. I’m a vegetarian but not preachy if you’re a meat eater. Patio garden at rear of flat. Hoping to find a professional part time flat mate to muddle along with, both doing our own things, happy to sometimes watch a film together, share a glass (or 2) of wine, but I’m more often found with my head in a book. I firmly believe age is just a number and have friends of all ages from 30 to over 100
