The flat is on the third floor of a new development. It is fully equipped with broadband, TV and Netflix is set up as well.

It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living area. Everything is furnished (including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron, water softener etc). so you would not need to bring anything. The flat also has a large balcony overlooking a creek with plenty of light. The room has a large wardrobe and the double bed comes with storage underneath.

Development - It is a gated complex with a concierge. There is a gym included in the rental price and a storage where you can leave your bike (I cycle to work btw).

Location - Zone 2 - the flat is a 5-10 minutes walk from Cutty Sark and Greenwich DLR station.

5 Minute Walk to Deptford Station where National Rail Services are available (7 minutes to London Bridge / 12 minutes to Cannon Street / 20 minutes to Charing Cross).

10 minute walk to New Cross Gate where Overground services are available.

In terms of the tube, Canada Water or North Greenwich Station are within 10 minutes by bus.

Super close to Deptford High street with lots of restaurants, cafe's, bars, food markets, gym and yoga studios within seconds. There’s also an active street market three days a week. Close to the Thames and nice walks into Greenwich and royal parks. Tesco/Sainsbury/Waitrose (all of which are 5-10 minutes away!).
