Double Room - Canada Water - Friendly Houseshare

This double room is on the top floor of this appartment - with its own shower and toilet and a study next door! The apartment is less than five minutes walk to the river, and the docks which makes the area uniquely calm for being so central. Its a 15 minute walk to Surrey Quays station and 20 minutes to Canada Water - which is on the Jubilee line and the Overground. There are a couple of really nice local pubs and an Italian dely. The property is in Lewisham and is council band C. We intially signed a fixed-term tenancy till the 14th August 2026 - but under the new Renters (Reform), this can likely be continued. There is also space to store a bicycle inside the flat, in the hallway, should that be relevant. The rent is £915, including all bills except for council tax which historically has been around £90 per month. We paid 6 months up front, in August and then in February, and so individuals willing to pay total rent for 4.5 months up front will be given preference.

You will be sharing with my two housemates, Jano and Ignacia, both from Chile, studying public policy at LSE and working in communications, respectively. They are tidy, fun, respectful, and great to live with! Unfortunately I won't be around over summer and so am looking for someone to sublet my room.
