The house has a shared lounge with TV, large sofa and patio doors to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small dining table and chairs. The house is in close proximity to the railway line, good for transport links, but can be noisy so please bear this in mind.
The house is well connected transport wise, 3 mins walk to Elverson Rd DLR (15 mins to Canary Wharf, 25 mins to Bank), 15 minutes walk to New Cross Overground, 6 minutes to St Johns Mainline and 9 minutes walk to Lewisham mainline. lots of buses from New Cross, Lewisham and Deptford and Night bus 47 stops a few minutes walk away. Greenwich, New Cross, Blackheath, Lewisham, Deptford and Brockley can all be reached on foot in approx 20 minutes. Close to Goldsmiths college, Greenwich Uni and the Laban Centre.
