Double room available near Surrey Quays/Deptford

I'm Hannah and I've lived here now for over 5 years, I really like living here as it's a cosy flat and my Landlord is the best around. He's always quick to help if anything needs doing which is reassuring.

The flat is on the 12th floor with views out of the bedrooms and the living area which means there are beautiful views across the city. I get great sunsets and sunrises which is lovely.

The property is a two bed flat. There is a shared bathroom and an open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen has a nice big oven and is a nice place to cook.

The room for rent has a double bed with lots of built in storage and a built in wardrobe.

The rent is £725 a month and bills are not included - these have been about £90 per person per month this year. The room is available now and moving date would be dependent on when references have been checked out etc.

I work as an eCommerce manager in coffee and I like to spend my evenings and weekends either unwinding at home or out with friends and family. Things are a little different due to COVID and I am working from home indefinitely. Finding the right fit for a flat mate feels more important while we are all in more often especially if you also work from home.

The property is roughly a 15-20 minute walk from Canada Water and a 10 minute walk to Surrey Quays. There are also a number of bus stops nearby I think all of which run through the night which can be handy.

Within a five minute walk there is a Lidl, a Co-op and a Tesco express, and a 10-15 minute walk takes you to Surrey Quays shopping centre which has a range of shops.
