Double bedroom available in a Victorian terrace house in New Eltham.

Housemate would be sharing with just me, although I am hardly ever home these days as I spend most of my time at my partners place.

This place is ideal for someone looking for a chilled and quiet space.

The property is located a 4 min walk from New Eltham station (20 mins to London Bridge by train) and a 2 min walk from amenities including co-op, Pope street bar and kitchen, Steven’s pharmacy, newsagent and local cafes and restaurants. Eltham High street is a 20 minute walk up the road.

The bedroom is a double bedroom with large window and includes a bedside table and chest of drawers. I also have a study room with desk that would be a shared space.

The bedroom is located towards the rear of the property so is very quiet and away from traffic on street.

The property itself features a large back yard with decking. The property includes a spacious sitting room, a kitchen with dining and a large modern bathroom that’s recently been renovated.

As for me, I am Anna, an Australian accountant, in my 40s, working in the city. I enjoy chilling, catching a film, going for runs and hitting the gym when I have time. I’m laid back and tidy, and enjoy seeing friends and travelling on my weekends. I spend most of my time at my partners house in south west London, so this person would have the property mostly to themselves on weekends.
