Double in Great flat in Victoria/Pimlico!

Building from the outside - access to courtyard via the middle gate

Hi,

I’m looking for a flatmate to move in to this great flat in Victoria, where I am currently living. It has a spacious living room and bathroom, and separate kitchen. There is a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. The room has a double bed and storage space.

The flat is very central but is off the main road in a mansion block, on the first floor, so it is really quiet. The bedroom windows face a closed 'peace garden' so there is very little noise at night. The building has key fob access, and has gates at either end of the entrances that are also key fob access.

It is walking distance to St James Park, Victoria, Pimlico and Westminster stations. There are lots of shops and conveniences nearby. You can also easily walk to Soho/Picadilly, Covent Garden, Southbank etc - I even walk to Borough Market sometimes (if you like walking!).

I am a junior doctor and I am looking for a flatmate who is interested in having a friendly atmosphere at home, but also very respectful of personal space. I am busy with work, but I am out of the house a lot at the weekends, busy seeing friends, out for drinks/trying new restaurants, and visiting galleries and exhibitions. I also enjoy watching films and tv shows, and cooking at home - though I don't tend to cook extravagant meals during the week!

I do like having friends over from time to time, but not very often. I have studied and lived in London for nearly 10 years, and have lived in this flat for a year, so i hope it has a nice homey feel(the photos are from before I moved in!).

I’m quite easy going but I do prefer the house to be clean and tidy - would like to find someone who's on the same page about that sort of thing. Would be happy to get a cleaner to come regularly and split the cost.
