Your new flatmates are two professional females, easy-going with active social lives but also enjoy a night in. Both aged 32 and Canadian 🇨🇦

MASTER BEDROOM

Very spacious double room with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom. There are two large built-in wardrobes, 1 set of drawers and 2 nightstands. The room has large windows giving it natural light. The en-suite has white marble finishing with a lot of storage space and beautiful decor.

PATIO

We have a large private patio with a dining room table & BBQ.

LIVING AREA & KITCHEN

Open-plan concept with large kitchen, living room and dining room. Modern furniture, designed by award-winning interior decorators. TV, dishwasher, laundry machine (dryer/washer), and microwave. Huge bay windows providing natural light.

IN-HOUSE GYM with SAUNA

On the bottom floor, we have access to a free, personal –training gym with excellent equipment, private studio, boxing bags and sauna.

LOCATION

Centrally located in Westminster, local amenities within walking distance. 5-10 min walk to Victoria Street with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.
St. James Park, Westminster, Pimlico and Victoria tube stations are all easily accessible on foot.
