Looking for a spacious and bright double bedroom, cleanly decorated VICTORIA ZONE house; with polished floorboards, desk and a built-in wardrobe?

The house is roomy, bright and clean and has a modern kitchen and bathroom. There is a large and sunny garden. Also, there is lots of storage space. EXTREMELY central !

I would like to mention the cons as well:
We have a large garden. But this is an old house. And near the train lines. So you can take a direct bus train.. etc. almost everywhere. Unfortunately, there are some cracks on the walls. Trains could be a little bit shakey.. They start at 4 am and stops at 2 am in the morning next night.. 24 hours train sound could be uncomfortable.. so be prepared before paying the deposit.

Bills are NOT included.
as I say, the house is litle bit old but it's nice. The bathroom is really big also. (It's hard to heat on cold days because of huge windows)

There might be some traffic in the house some times. I might visit.
