Bright Double Room in Pimlico (All Bills Included)

I’m moving out of my room in a lovely Edwardian block in Pimlico and looking for someone to take over the room. The flat is shared with two other flatmates and has a really nice, calm atmosphere.

The room itself is bright and well-lit, with two large windows, a big bed, and a decent-sized wardrobe, so there’s plenty of storage and natural light.

The flat is in a lovely part of Pimlico, just a 5-minute walk from Pimlico station, with plenty of bus routes nearby making it easy to get around London. There are lots of local shops within walking distance, including supermarkets, a post office, and several charity shops. It’s a really pleasant, safe area with a nice neighbourhood feel, and easy walks along the river and around central London.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two young professionals in their early 20s — one guy working in corporate and one girl in fashion. Both are friendly, respectful, and easy to live with, so we’re ideally looking for someone at a similar stage of life.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared and are both modern, spacious, and well maintained. There is a recently installed washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the kitchen, and a brand new shower. There is NO LIVING-ROOM unfortunately but the bedroom is big enough for a desk, chair and potentially little sofa or storage unit. There’s also a cleaner who comes every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

Rent: £1,266.66 per month (all bills included)
Deposit: £1,300
One-off service fee averaging £20.50 per month (covers fortnightly cleaner)
Contract runs until 1st September and can be renewed

Room available soon (as I’m moving in with my boyfriend in early March and need to confirm the date)

Students and professionals are both welcome. Ideally looking for someone tidy, considerate, and friendly who’ll fit in well with the flat.
