Looking for someone to take over my room

Before reading, make sure you would be able to stay from 21/06/2026 to 31/08/2026. Any other dates will not work.

I'm Louise, an international student in London this year; I am staying at Urbanest Victoria, and will leave my accommodation at the end of June. I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the two remaining months!

The room is about 9-10 square metres, and located on the fifth floor of the accommodation (with an elevator, of course). It is very cosy, well-arranged, and the light is very good.

I share my bathroom with one flatmate, who is very kind and discrete. The kitchen is shared with the entire floor, and everyone's very nice (although it should be more quiet during the summer). It's worth mentioning that sound-proofing is good as well.

Staff is very nice and helpful, and the accommodation portal is easy to use in case you need it.

As this is a student accommodation, I am looking for a student who would need to stay in London for the remaining of the tenancy. Feel free to reach out if you need more information!
