We are renting our loft in our lovely house. The room is close to 300 sq ft (30 sq meters), very large with spectacular London views (we are on top of the Northcote Valley), it has an ensuite walk in shower room. The loft has been decorated by carvajal. global to a very high end.
We alway get asked why is that room not ours, and the reason is that we have two lovely daughters (4 & 1) and we are always in and out of the house. No rest for the wicked.
The loft is a must see. We just don't have picture that make it justice.
The place is only 5-10´walk from the buzzing live of the Northcote Rd, you have the Wandsworth Common right across the street (ideal for some wine on a sunny day). Buses 319 and G1 run less than 200 yards away, but if you rather walk you can get to Clapham Junction in less than 15' or Clapham South in 20'
Since the loft and the house are in very good condition, we do ask for someone responsible, lovely and cheerful of course.
We speak English, Spanish, Russian, German and French, no issues there.
