We share a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom flat (with 2 roof terraces!) and one of our flatmates is moving out to step up the property ladder. We're now looking for someone like-minded to replace her. That would be a tidy and considerate female young professional (29-37yo). We both have full-time jobs (WFH most days) with quiet nights during the week with the occasional Netflix in the lovely lounge. Picnics and drinks out on the weekends. We're both single and happy for someone to join the gang! ☺️ the house is smoke and drug-free and we want to keep it that way.

The bedroom is massive and you'd be sharing the bathroom with only another girl (3rd bedroom is an en-suite). The flat is a gorgeous split level with a massive lounge, separate huge kitchen and 2 terraces. 5 mins from Clapham Junction, 2 mins from Clapham Common (where you can get to the northern line) located on a quiet street surrounded by all amenities you can think of (from Lidl to Whole Foods and all the standards high st shops, steps away from the Northcode rd and its lovely bars and restaurants (Breakfast Club, Archer st and Northcode Records to name a few!)
