Bright en-suite room in a high-end 3-bed, 3-bath flat in Bloom West, overlooking Battersea Power Station and the Thames. The flat has a modern open-plan kitchen with Miele appliances, a lounge area, and a balcony with arguably the best view in the building.

About Us:
Male, 30, entrepreneur – sociable, driven, always working on something but easy-going and respectful. Joe runs a tech platform that modernises a process in finance through ai.

Female, 24, super chilled – low-maintenance, tidy, always smiling, zero drama. Originally from the Netherlands, and works at Amazon in finance.

Dog, 13, small and fluffy, very friendly, minimal hassle. Great member of the flat.

We’re clean, friendly, and value a relaxed, grown-up vibe. We are super chilled so you can have mates round whenever you want and don't mind if you throw occasional party. Each do our own thing, but also love a chat, a glass of wine, or the odd group dinner. No passive-aggressive post-it notes, no rota policing — just decent people who look after the space.

So... we are looking for another super chilled person. It would be cool if you can code but not an issue at all if not haha

Location:
4-min walk from Battersea Power Station station. Waitrose ands Sainsbury 60 seconds away. Loads of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby.

The Building:
Top-tier resident perks: yoga classes, cocktail-making sessions, bookable spaces and a buzzing 20s–30s professional community. The Bloom app makes it all easy.

The flat: reasonable size. There is a rail in the room for clothes and chest of drawers. No wardrobe in the room itself but our previous house mate used the large wardrobe in the central wall of the flat for their things which worked well. As you can see in the photos the bed is up against the wall but it accommodated a 6 foot 4 lad which worked perfectly fine.

You:
Looking for someone kind, tidy, and relaxed but also relatively sociable. We host the occasional gathering once every 3 months or so but no more than 10 people You’re more than welcome your invite mates or whoever anytime. It's super chilled here. We’re hoping for someone who adds to the good energy, not just takes a room. Plus, we hope that you also like dogs as Elvis lives with us but he is easy going and not an inconvenience at all
