Hi, I’m looking for a female professional in her 20’s/30’s to move into my flatmates room (who is sadly moving on).

Double room in a 2-bed flat available in Nine Elms/Battersea area.

Move in Date: 01 June (to take over from current flatmate who is moving out).

Rent - £1,512.50 plus bills (about £160)
Deposit - £1,745.20

Flat details:
A modern furnished 2 bed flat with balcony, 1 shared bathroom and an open plan living, kitchen and dinning area.

The flat also has 24-hour concierge, a gym, office space and a media room.

Location:
- 10 Min walk to Vauxhall Station
- 5 Min Walk to Nine Elms Station
- 10 Min Walk to Battersea Power Station
- Huge Waitrose and Sainsbury’s nearby.

Current flatmate:
I am a 30 year old, originally from New Zealand but have been in London since 2019. I work for a Family Office and am in the office 5 days per week, in my spare time I like travelling, making the most of living in London, hiking, yoga & pilates. I am respectful and clean, I treat the flat like a home and I am looking for someone who would do the same.
