We are looking for a nice housemate to fill a fully furnished, spacious double room in a modern, well finished, 4 bed house share in Clapham Junction/Battersea close to Clapham Junction station and the river.

There are actually 3 similar rooms becoming available in the house on the dates below, each available to rent individually or with buddy ups:

- 15th December
- 17th December
- 23rd December

All rooms include a work from home desk in the room. The house is in the process of being sold so it's just a short let of 1 month.

The price for each room is £1050 per month. ALL bills are included in the price.

Details about us:

We are 4 young professionals. Eloise (23) is in marketing, Matt (33) is in sales, Mira (27) is in operations, Larissa (23) is in marketing. If you are interested please tell us a bit about yourself. We are very relaxed and up for a chilled house share. We like to go out at the weekends, cook and have movie evenings. We are clean and conscious about keeping the house nice although we have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight.
