My current flat mate is moving abroad in the new year, leaving the modern top floor flat only 5 minutes walk from Clapham South Tube Station and less than 10 minutes walk from Balham Station. Close to all the fun stuff in Balham and Clapham - bars, pubs, brunch places and multiple large supermarkets. Only 25 minutes from central London.

The flat was newly built less than 5 years ago and has a large open plan kitchen / living area. In summer the flat is very bright and airy while in winter it stays fantastically warm. There is a TV with the full Sky package, Netflix and Amazon prime. In addition, there is a communal garden which is fantastic in the summer, and has secure bike storage.

The room on offer is a large, fully furnished double bedroom with a king sized bed. There is plenty of room for a desk, my housemate has been working from his room during lockdown. The bedroom opens on a balcony overlooking Balham, which is great for fresh air sitting outside of lunch. The room comes with its own large bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of storage space in both the room and in the utility room.

The rent is 900pcm and includes all bills.
