This is a rare find. My flatmate is sadly moving abroad for a new job.

The flat is on the first floor of a converted house. You will be sharing the flat with me. I am the flatmate not the landlord. It is spacious bright flat. The flat is in a nice and quiet area. Just across the bridge from King street in Hammersmith with all the shops. supermarkets and restaurants.

We keep the flat clean and tidy. The flat is always quiet but I okay with the occasional activities (cooking together, watching a movie, inviting a friend for dinner, ... ) so long as it is agreed upon between us.

Please note, the rent excludes council tax and utilities, which typically total around £100-£150 per month., Council Tax band D

A bit about myself: I'm a Egyptian researcher, currently employed by a university in London. I work in technology related fields and have been in the UK for a few years.
