New job? New life? Quiet family house

Available from Sunday 14th January, for one person, a very large room in my quiet family house.

It's a stepping stone place for someone perhaps with a new job, someone who is working and in between places, or someone working who wants their own space for a while to settle.

This room looks over the sunny side garden.

Good Wifi in the room. I have 3 lodgers on the middle floor with the family-size bathroom. I'm on the top floor with my own bathroom.

A quiet house in a quiet road with good buses and the train right there.

I'm afraid I don't have a communal living space.

You have use of the kitchen early morning, and early evening (simple cooking/microwave etc)

You will be welcome here in my family home :)) My children are grown-up and have left, they visit sometimes. No pets around.

We are 5 mins’ walk from Barnes railway station to Waterloo, which also connects for the City. Victoria tube connects from Vauxhall. Richmond and Brentford going west.

The bus stop is 30 seconds' walk. The 370 connects to East Putney tube (District Line). The 33 connects to Hammersmith Bridge (open for pedestrians and cycles) so access to District & Circle lines, Piccadilly line and Hammersmith and Metropolitan tube lines at Hammersmith Broadway. The 493 goes through to St George's Hospital via Wimbledon.

Shops and restaurants are close by, as is the river and Richmond Park. Putney Leisure Centre is near.

All sorts of different and international people have stayed with me over the last fifteen years.
