Located in quiet safe neighbourhood. A furnished room including; bed with luxury mattress, large wardrobe for storage and hanging, chest of drawers with mirror and lights. Large window overlooking gardens and street.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with some storage space. The bathroom has instant hot water. The central heating is gas powered, installed two years ago.

I work as counsellor in my own home, mainly through zoom but use of the lounge is not possible.

Good transport links. the bus stop is 200 yards away with buses to Richmond, Putney and Wimbledon. Further away there are buses to South Kensington and Piccadilly. Barnes Railway station is a short walk through Barnes Common with frequent trains to Waterloo. There are two corner shops close by, Sheen has a wide variety of shops as well as Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury's all in walking distance. 400 meters from the River Thames the area is aesthetically pleasing close to Richmond Park, Palewell Park and Barnes Common.
