Price Drop! 2 Month Sublet Near Richmond Park

Hi all,

I’ve been living in a wonderful house for over the last year, and am looking to sublet my room for ~2 months whilst I go travel round New Zealand.

The house is a wonderful 10 min walk from Richmond Park (less than three on a bike) and less than 15 mins walk from Mortlake, which has a direct line into Waterloo.

The room is ultra-spacious, bright, light, with an en-suite, free parking outside, and heaps of storage.

The house is (and feels like) an actual home, with three lovely girls in their mid-late twenties who are all working professionals. We love to play board games, cook together but also respect own spaces.

I’ll be moving out on the Easter weekend till the start of June, with a bit of flex on when works.

In terms of rent, bills are included, and come to 1000 pcm total.

We’re looking for someone (m/f) clean and tidy, sociable and easy going. If you like Monopoly Deal - even better.
