THE ROOM

We have a double room available with a king-size bed for £800 per month Monday through Friday or, if needed, £ 1,200 full time. This includes all bills - council tax, utilities, Wi-Fi, and a cleaner once a week..

THE REST OF THE HOUSE

A modern contemporary open plan home with a fully equipped kitchen which contains an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. Shared dining room, TV area, laundry and large garden. It is in a quiet residential area but still close to everything you might need. Living with 3 others. There is on road parking that is is permitted 10-12 noon week days should you have a car or other mode of transport.

THE LOCATION AND TRANSPORT LINKS

Sheen is in the London Borough of Richmond, surrounded by beautiful Barnes, Richmond, Kew and Chiswick, all offering numerous pubs, fantastic cafes and bistros and a high street that has most things you need (waitrose, tesco, banks etc). The river Thames is a 10 min walk from the house and Richmond park (sheen gate) is one mile by foot or cycle.

Mortlake, the closest over ground station falls inside travel Zone 3 and is a 10 min walk from home. From here a direct train to Waterloo takes 25mins, passing through Putney and Clapham Junction.

A bus stop conveniently located at the bottom of the street and takes around 10mins in to Richmond and 15 mins to Hammersmith. The 33 runs 24hrs.

IDEAL FLATMATE

Ideally, a professional person who wants to use this room as a base Monday to Friday, or if full-time, someone quite active with work and their social life. Someone organised and clean, honest, easygoing and willing to adapt to sharing a home with a common ground of respect. I hope to find a like minded person to house share with.
