The house is well kept, very clean and tidy with a well equipped and spacious kitchen, it is located in a leafy, quiet, pleasant and safe residential area, sits between the tranquil Richmond Park and Thames River - both are about 10 mins' stroll away.

Suitability

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, holds a high standard on cleanliness and tidiness, particularly in shared spaces, willing to contribute to routinely shared responsibilities of cleaning.

Cost

The rent is 1030 GBP, in addition, the monthly bills around7 0- 80 pounds in total, including Council Tax. However, if you are an exceptional housemate and the price is over your budget, there is flexibility on the price.

Existing Housemates

The young male in mid 20s, working as Data Analyst and school teacher, , who are warm, easygoing, kind, considerate, respectful, keen on doing things together, e. g cooking, pub trip, watching and playing sports, etc, formed good
friendship and bond.

Public Transportation

It has excellent public transport links access to central London, 18 mins by the train to Waterloo station from Barnes Station, which less than 10 mins walk, alternatively, you can reach to central London by tube from East Putney or Putney Bridge Tube Stations on District Line , both nearby, 15 mins to Hammersmith by fast buses.
