*Must be cat friendly* This gorgeous flat comes with a furry friend, Le Chat, who is my rescue cat I bought home 3 years ago.

The location of this flat is a great place to live and the area is fantastic, you are 2 minutes from Putney Station and Buses. You are an 8-minute walk from East Putney (District Line) and a 10 minute walk down to the river with so many beautiful walks! You have a large shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath, the living room, dining and kitchen is all in one at the front of the flat with large windows. (Dishwasher and washing machine included)

My current flat mate, Charlotte is sadly moving out so I’m looking for someone to move in whos also wanting to make this flat a home!

Quick disclaimer - Charlotte is an intior stylist so had generously kitted out the flat, she will be taking her furniture when moving so I will be collecting furniture going forward to make the space beautiful! (If you have any dining/living furniture feel free to bring it along!)
This could be a lovely project for us both if you fancy helping. If not I’m happy to decorate the space myself :)

Im looking for a flat mate similar to myself, sociable, clean and tidy, ideally someone who wants to make it a home and be up for the odd night chilling. I’m definitely Not looking for someone who wants a house party every weekend.

The room is the perfect double bed sized room, and has a great big window so it’s nice and light.

Bills are not included and are currently £140 on top of rent, so all in at the moment is £1015

There is a charge of £50 + VAT for the referencing, right to rent check paperwork
