We are looking for a friendly person (no couples unfortunately) for a clean flat.

Fully furnished, big kitchen and lounge, lots of fridge space, good security, balcony, wood floors, spacious bathroom + power shower, another toilet as well, double glazing, washing machine, flat TV , WiFi, share kitchen and lounge(with all the cooking and eating items) with friendly people.

Everything that you need for day to day life. The surrounding area is refurbished new - everybody is very friendly. There is a row of shops about 100m away (convenience store, cafe etc.)

Very close to transport – great for Waterloo or Richmond:

5 minutes walk to Barnes station: 8 trains an hour to Waterloo (off-peak) 20minutes journey time. BUS: 33, 72 to Hammersmith, 265, 337, 430 to Putney, N10, N74 if you are a night owl. There is unrestricted parking on the road (when I last looked). You can walk to Putney in 15minutes and East Sheen for Waitrose in 10min.

A few points: Firstly it is a strictly Non-Smoking flat. And secondly the landlord must be paid by Standing Order on the first of the month.
