Double room in Furzedown with amazing garden!

Hi future housemate!

I am looking for a housemate to take up the spacious spare room in my charming house in a great location in the Streatham/Furzedown area.

The house:

Decent sized house, with a lovely-sized garden which is great for chilling and BBQs. Walking distance to the shops (and pubs). An open-planned living room/dining area with a semi-open plan kitchen.

Upstairs has the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and an office space. Your new bedroom has space for a desk, although there isn't one in the pics.

Sadly the little doggo in the pictures is no longer with us, but would consider a housemate with a dog as I miss her terribly :(

Me:

I'm an FD working in South Kensington and I'm in the office 4 days a week with 1 at home, and I'm looking for someone with a similar hybrid set up. I'm pretty chilled and clean, as you'd hope and expect as we get older - I like films, food and wine, getting out and exploring London, and signing up for marathons I actually have no intention of doing...
