Lovely double room to rent in two bed flat for a Mon-Fri rental (4 nights).
A bit about me… I’m relaxed and friendly and have lived with lots of different people previously and now I and live in my flat. I work corporately, half from home, half in the office. Im generally up early for the gym and enjoy being active. I would want the flat to be a calm oasis for us both.
About the rental… it’s a furnished double room, the window looks out onto the back of the property so it’s super quiet. The bathroom is shared and it’s a bath only, no shower. There’s a kitchen, living room and garden you can use too.. I’m right by Streatham Common so lots of lovely walks. It’s a 12 min walk to Norbury station or 18 mins to Streatham Common or Streatham stations. I’m happy to wash the bed linen/towel each week as part of the rental.
I’m looking for a quiet, considerate professional who wants a room as they’re working in London during the week, someone who’s in the office during the day rather than working from home as when I work from home I use the living room.
Let me know if you’ve got any questions.
