Hi, I'm looking to rent out my lovely bright one bedroom flat to a considerate, clean, and tidy individual.

It's a ground floor flat with a private garden located a few minutes walk from Tooting Bec Common and Streatham High Road. The bedroom contains a king sized bed and a large wardrobe. The flat has a large lounge, a separate kitchen off of it with washing machine, and a bathroom. Free unallocated parking is available on the street outside. The flat is fully furnished and therefore space for any personal furniture is very limited.

It's a 9 minute walk to Streatham station (for London Bridge/Thameslink services to the City), 10 minute bus to Tooting Bec Station (Northern Line) and 20 minute bus to Brixton (Victoria and Northern Line).

There are a number of cafes, bars and restaurants located nearby as well as a cinema and Tooting Bec Lido. Locally there is a big Tesco, M&S Food and Aldi all within 10 minutes walk.

TV licence, WiFi, water and Council Tax (band C) are included in the monthly price. Electricity/gas combined are additional and are approximately £70/month during the winter months but will depend on your energy usage. EPC energy rating is D.

Short term let (1.5-2 months) available to move in from 15th April. Viewings on 31st March, 2nd and 3rd April.
