Hey! We’re looking for a flatmate to join our calm, creative home. Two rooms are available:

Single bedroom room: £690

Double room: £780

Double room: £840

Rooms are furnished


All prices include all bills, council tax, water, gas, electricity plus weekly cleaner, and fast fiber optic internet.

We have a strict no smoking policy inside and in the garden. We enjoy exercising, being productive, and living mindfully.

You'll also have access to our shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, garden, and ample fridge and cupboard storage. As we love plants these can be found throughout the house.

Toilet and bathroom with bathtub are separate.

We previously lived in a shared flat with seven other people for five years, so we understand and respect the balance of shared living.

We love cooking, and we expect the kitchen to be cleaned after use with counters left tidy. Our home is a space where privacy is respected, but we’re also open to creative projects, shared meals, and outings together when the vibe is right.

Parking is free for all on the road and usually there are plenty of parking spaces available.

We’re looking for tidy, respectful individuals with a steady income or students with a UK based guarantor, who are happy to live in a relaxed and warm and professional environment. If this sounds like a match, we’d love to hear from you!
