Hello, my flat mate needs to move out after 2 years being here, sometime between now and 1st April.

I am 36, I have a cat (mowgli) hes in all the pictures but he wont be in your room. Extremely well trained. its just me and Mowgli in a 2 bed house in sw16. It comes with a garden, front porch. Amount 975 pcm plus bills (it just got renewed and increased😔 bills come to about 150-200 on top of your share of rent.

The property is unfurnished so everythinf you see i have bought myself but absolutely do not mind sharing- want to keep it an easy swap as possible. Im very laid back, lots of banter so you will get a lot of laughs. I work from home 3 days.

You can pet and cuddle my cat.

Im a working professional, in the property industry. Very tidy, clean. I wash the carpets every month...sometimes twice! Mowgli is very routined, well trained, bit of a prince. He wont use the cat flap, he prefers to be waited on by the doorman (me or whoever meets his eye). Indoor cat otherwise stays in the garden responsibly.

Location is GREAT. Streatham common park just down the road, which has its own lovely pub, the rookery. Main street only 15 min walk tops or a 5 min bus ride. Streatham Hill and Streatham station walkable distance. House is in a Cul-du-Sac, off the main roads. Very safe and residential area.
