Our warm and bright double room is available from 7th of March to 18th of April as we’re moving!

The house, which you’ll be sharing with two friendly girls in their 30s (an Aussie and a Londoner!), has been recently renovated, so everything is in fab condition and well insulated for the cooler weather - no landlord specials here!

You’ll share the bathroom and kitchen with only one other flattie, as our Aussie gal has a self-contained granny flat connected to the house. The bathroom has a shower tub and toilet, with a bonus Jonas toilet under the stairs (Harry Potter chic ✨). The kitchen is a kitchen/dining mixed use room, and opens out into the garden for when we (finally) get some nicer weather!

We’ve also got a large lounge area with three (3!) sofas to choose from for movie nights.
We do also have a spare room, which has become the designated laundry drying room for winter. ❄️

The room itself has a double bed with all the bedding, and has been really warm during winter. Unfortunately that is all on the furniture front, as we will have moved the rest to our new place. But the rest of the house and kitchen will still be kitted out so don’t worry!

The gals are lovely, and whilst we all do our own things they are happy to hang out for a yarn or a pint. It’s a big ol’ place (for London standards), and is also dry, warm, and quiet.

Our house is directly opposite a bus stop that will take you either to Streatham High street, or all the way to Clapham Common. We’re also a 10-15 minute walk or cycle to the following train stations: West Norwood, Streatham Hill, Tulse Hill, and Streatham.

We (my partner and I) are moving out early due to finding a new place much sooner than we expected! Ideally we’re looking for another gal, but we are open to couples too.
