A recently remodelled house designed for house sharing has its loft room available for rent. It is spacious, en-suite with a large Velux window.

The kitchen and living space are shared, there is ample space for bike storage inside, and free parking outside. There is an unfurnished patioed back garden with lighting.

We are on a 12-month contract with the landlord due to end at the end of August, which means six months remain from the first of March. Due to personal circumstances, I am letting out my room and moving elsewhere.

The contract allows tenants to swap, but the landlord requires proof of a stable income greater than 30k p. a.

Additional bills are managed through fused. com and are £94.62 per month, including 1gig fast internet, and unlimited gas and electricity. There is no TV license.
The wi-fi signal is weak in the loft conversion where the room is and I had to buy a range extender which works well. I am happy to resell this on to the next occupant if required.
It is in council tax band C.

The area is generally alright, there is a Lidl round the corner which is incredibly convenient, and it is a 10-15 min walk from both Streatham Common station and Mitcham Eastfields station. There is e-bike hire parking round the corner.
