The house is on a lovely and quiet residential street in Furzedown. I have felt so safe in this area.

20 minute walk to Tooting Broadway (lots of shops and Tooting Market for food/drinks!!)
8 minute walk to Tooting Common, so lovely in summer
20 min walk to Streatham station for Thameslink/Southern Trains
5 min walk for the G1 bus
8 min walk for 319 and 249 buses
6 min walk for 333, 57 and 201 buses

The house is lovely and modern with a hugeeee open plan living room and kitchen
There is plenty of storage including a spare room
Nice garden with a bench
Private landlord with a friendly maintenance man who is easily contactable

Flatmates:
2 boys and 1 girl aged 26-31, working in IT, Quantity Surveying and Fashion Buying. Jack and Kenton work in the office full time and Megan works hybrid. They are all friendly, social and considerate and great to live with.
Looking for a friendly housemate who’ll fit the relaxed vibe of the house and is happy to keep things tidy and clean in shared areas.
