Double room with a private winter garden

Hello! I have a spare double bedroom in Streatham Common (next to the Sports Centre & Tesco). This is a new building (5 years old).

The flat is 5min walk from Streatham Station, and 2min walk from Streatham Common Park.

The flat is new and modern, and has lots of amenities such as internet, washing machine, dish washer, shower bath, balcony, garden, etc.

I am looking for a tenant to move in and take the 2nd bedroom. The room is unfurnished, however, right now there's a double bed, private winter balcony and double size wardrobe (included). There is a big bathroom in the flat.

Ideally, I would like to find a professional, someone who does not work from home everyday, however I am happy to discuss further details with the right tenant. Definitely. Bills not included: Water, Gas, Electricity and Internet – these are £68/month.
