Double ensuite room - from Jan. Ft/pt. Pls read

My name is Hannah. I moved into the area recently, into a lovely 2 bed house.

The place has a great size kitchen and living / dining room plus a fantastic south facing garden. The spare room I’m offering is the ensuite with its own shower room. It comes furnished, with a Queen-sized double bed and a good size wardrobe for storage.

The private road is on the new Springfield development, there is a lovely park within 5 mins of the house, Wandsworth Common is a 15 min walk, Tooting Common is 20 mins.

For travel, both Tooting Bec and Broadway are c.12 min walks for the Northern Line; and Earlsfield station is about 20 mins for mainline trains going into Waterloo or indeed to get out of London to the country.

PLEASE NOTE: I’m open to discussing rent and bill cost depending on how much space in the house a tenant would need, how many days they would be around (either Ft/Pt and WFH arrangements); or if you’d be open to occasional dog sitting. Most bills are included apart from a cleaner which we would share.

About me:
• Life is busy so home is my sanctuary from a busy outside world
• I have a little doggo so would be great if you love dogs too.

I’m looking for someone who is:
• Also a professional / ideally works in a hybrid pattern
• Respectful of privacy and space, but also open to socialising / chilling out in the evenings
• Clean / tidy
• Happy with dogs, and ideally would enjoy spending some time looking after him when I’m not about
• Looking for a quiet place to live – this isn’t a party house.
