I’d love to invite you to join me to share a spacious beautiful 3-bedroom flat located between Wimbledon/Earlsfield/Tooting in south west London. Together we will create a communal space and live consciously.

About the flat

The flat is situated at 6th floor with south-facing living room and the breathtaking view over London from the bedrooms.
The room is peaceful and fully furnished with double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe
We will share the open living space including modern kitchen, living room with SMART enabled TV and spacious balcony. There are storage rooms that you can use too.
24/7 concierge and secured bicycle storage
Tesco is around the corner and a large Idle is 3 minutes away.

I value the community and sense of belongs. I’m interested in creating a home that strikes a balance between independence and meaningful community/connection. We respect other other’s routine, life style and create a peaceful environment together. We share occasionally diner and film together.

Keeping the house pretty tidy is very important for us. I'd be looking for people who feel similarly. We rotate to clean the kitchen and living room every week. I’d expect you to clean your room and bathroom every week too.

Location and Transport

It is located 13 minutes walk from Earlsfield train station which is one station from Clapham Junction and takes less 15 minutes to Waterloo.
It takes 20 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway of northern line and Wimbledon Park of district line. Multiple buses can take you to the station in less 5 minutes if you are not fancy to walk.
There are number of buses to access easily Wimbledon, Wandsworth, Tooting, Streatham etc.
The area is peaceful and full of choice of activities. The river Wandle is 5 minutes away where you can enjoy your jogging and birds singing. There are many choices of gym, yoga studios, climbing club and tennis clubs around Earlsfield, Wimbledon and Tooting. If you like green spaces, it’s easy to walk to Springfield park, Wimbledon Park and Wandsworth common. You can find plenty of nice coffees and shop at Garratt lane. If you like diverse food, you can find everything you need at Tooting Broadway market.

The monthly rent is £1120 bills included.

As for me, I adopt hybrid working and nourish my peaceful mind by hiking, meditating, exercising, dancing, painting and more.
