A spacious room available in a lovely residential street boardering both Tooting and Colliers Wood. Close to Tooting Railway Station and Colliers Wood and Tooting Broadway Stations.
The flat is on the ground floor with a garden and residents permit parking. The room is at the front of the house. You would be sharing the flat with one other person, his name's Odin and he's in his early thirties and his cat, Merlin. He is a counsellor and works from home, he sees clients online and at the property from between 2-8pm, Mon-Thurs.
The living room is a communal chilled space and the bathroom and kitchen has everything you would need - bath, shower, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer.
The room is available immediately
£1000 per month inc all bills.
The room includes a double bed, table and wardrobe.
Only sharing with one other person. Pubs and shops within easy reach.
Rent is paid until the first week of June. If you move in, in May, you would not need to pay for that period.

Short lets considered for the month of June. I'm leaving and got a moving in date sooner than I expected! Ideally the latest move in date would be the 5th June.
