We have a lovely double room available in our stunning, huge, clean, 4 bed, 4 WCs, (3 shower/bathrooms) property in Summerstown, nicely located between Wimbledon, Tooting Broadway, and Earlsfield, with trains to Waterloo in 15 mins! Or 1 stop from Clapham Junction. 6 mins bus to Tooting Broadway.

We have a big garden and patio looking over gated, private gardens. Lounge the size of two large lounges!

Across from the development is a gym, Starbucks, Lidl, Pets at Home, and other shops. With the restaurants and bars of Earlsfield and Tooting nearby.

The room is unfurnished, but does have a bed. And furniture is sometimes available to buy through the resident’s forum.
The room also has an additional large storage cupboard in the hall. Currently used as an extra wardrobe.
There is a large pantry cupboard in the modern kitchen.
The building is serviced by the nicest and most helpful concierge 24hrs.

You’ll be living with 3 very chilled, clean and tidy professional guys. Looking for someone who wants a home with considerate and friendly people, up for socialising but also doing our own thing. Oh, and the world’s cutest, small dog!
