The house is situated on a quiet residential road around 10 min walk away from colliers wood tube station (northern line) and about a 5 min walk away from Tooting Overground station which can take you to Wimbledon in 4 mins or take you straight into London in 20.
There are also plenty of buses and you will be close to 2 retail parks (the tandem centre & the priory)

All bills are included within the rent (water, electricity, council tax, internet etc..) and there is a cleaner that comes every other week.
The current tenants are all working professionals so are busy a lot of the time. They are looking for someone to take the room who preferably is not a party person. They all get along well so it is important that you are friendly :)
The house is managed by a live out landlord so there are no additional fees other than a small fee for standard reference/credit check.
