Double room in a homely terraced house.

We are 2 female & 1 male professionals looking for a like-minded housemate to join us. The room will be available from the 1st May 2024.

We are looking for someone who is considerate and clean, has their own schedules but are equally up to mingling with housemates and friends. The 3 current housemates have been living together for 5 years, so it is important we find someone who would be up for socialising and doing their share in the house.

We are on good terms with the Landlord, so it is in great condition and should there be any issues they are dealt with quickly. We have a spacious open-plan communal area: lounge, second lounge, dining room, and kitchen, so great for entertaining! There are wooden floors downstairs as well as a great kitchen which was fitted a few years ago. There is a small outside patio to enjoy a BBQ in the summer.

The house is in a great location on a quiet residential street next to Wandsworth Park and some lovely pubs. Clapham, Wandsworth Town and Putney are close by with loads of great bars and restaurants. It has great transport links with Wandsworth Town train station a 10 minute walk away with fast trains to Waterloo. East Putney tube station is a 15 minute walk away. There are also great bus links in all directions at the end of the road which can get you to Clapham Junction in 10 minutes. Southside shopping centre is round the corner which comes in handy.

The room is £843, including bills. However, the bills could likely change over the next few months. We also all pitch in for household supplies. The deposit of £750 is required upfront along with the first month's rent in advance. This will be placed securely in the Tenants Deposit Scheme.
