Double room with ensuite bathroom in a lovely apartment, situated on the luxury riverside development of Battersea Reach. Full time rental or Mon-fri let available and will adjust rent accordingly.

Fully-furnished, the room comprises a large, mirrored, triple-fronted wardrobe, double bed, two bedside tables, tall chest of drawers. The room has its own ensuite shower, toilet, sink, huge mirrored bathroom wall cabinets plus towel storage rack and radiator.

The apartment is stylishly decorated and the living / dining area has floor to ceiling windows opening on to a large outdoor terrace which overlooks the river and some lovely, landscaped gardens. The terrace itself has a well-maintained 'container garden' and comfortable outdoor seating.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all mod cons; dishwasher, fridge freezer, double oven, microwave and waste disposal. There is a washer / dryer in the hallway cupboard.

Rent includes broadband, utilities, council tax with access to private resident's gym, free bike storage and 24-hour concierge who manage resident services such as deliveries, underground parking (spaces available to rent) and development security.

I'm looking for an independent flatmate who, like me, has their own social life; I don't drink or party these days so it's not really a flat for entertaining and having loads of people over, it is still my home furnished with my belongings so its definitely a very chilled place these days. I divide my time between London and Portsmouth, and when I'm in London, I use the second double room and separate master bathroom.

I don't mind smoking as long as it's kept outside on the terrace. Once in a while, I'll probably join you!
