Double room avaliable in a beautiful home in Battersea/Clapham Junction. A 7-8 minute walk to Clapham Junction (10 if you're slow), 5 minute walk from Wandsworth Town Station, and a 1-2min walk to the closest bus stop. Close to amenities like Sainsbury's, bars, restaurants, gyms, parks, etc.

The bathroom and kitchen have been renovated within the last few years and the carpets are new this year. There is a gorgeous and sunny (when it's out) patio for those after work wines and the home comes furnished.

We are looking for someone down to earth who we will get along with socially. But, you also need to be able to clean up after yourself and contribute to flat chores (we ain't your mama) as we like to live in a clean home.

You will be living with a couple who have just moved over from New Zealand. Ben is a veterinary/science technician and plays rugby in his spare time. I am a high school teacher who loves cooking and sharing a good platter and cider. We love travelling, going to gigs, and don't mind jamming a bit of CTR on the playstation or getting out a classic card game. The TV will always be reserved for rugby games during the season!

The flat will be privately rented to us and we personally know the landlord - she is wonderful and is already getting onto doing some repairs before we move in!
