Lovely double room available in 3 storey house!

Hi All,

We have a lovely large double bedroom become available in our house-share in Earlsfield.

Location: We are situated nicely in the middle between Earlsfield station and Wandsworth Common station so have access to both SW and Southern railway lines. To get to both of these stations takes about 15mins to walk. Walking to Tooting Bec takes 20mins where the Northern line can be accessed. On top of that we have a local bus that runs the distance between Clapham Junction and Tooting broadway, which also stops at Clapham South tube station so there are plenty of transport links in the area

The House: It is a 3 storey, 3 bedroom house, located on a quiet and safe residential street. The house consists of a full size living room, a dining room, a conservatory, kitchen, bathroom, shower room and even a guest bedroom. There is also a garden which is maintained periodically by a gardener and there is also free parking on our street.

The Room: Double bed in a room with 2 fitted wardrobes and 6 fitted cupboards so plenty of storage within the room. There are also 2 chest of drawers in the bedroom (one donated by one of the housemates), a little bookshelf, and a long mirror (also donated). You will be hard pressed to pack more furniture into the room but we can have a chat if you have to bring furniture with you and see what we can do. There are 4 double sockets in this room too so you will not be short of power!

The Housemates: You will be living with an engaged couple and another female. We are all working professionals, all in our late 20s, so we're looking for someone at a similar stage in their life. We have been friends and housemates for years so we are a really close bunch and very sociable in the house. Most evenings you will find the 3 of us hanging out in the sitting room watching tv, or just socializing together. We have been known to pretend to be on Bake Off on occasion so there is often baked goods to sample! We all share the common areas equally and have all contributed furniture, appliances and crockery to the house so we are respectful of other people's belongings too. We are all pretty clean and tidy (at least in the common areas!) and we make a point of keeping the house looking it's best, with all of us pitching it to clean common rooms. Everyone likes a little private time too though and we are all happy and able to give people their space too. We have a solid friend group outside of the house too so we do have friends over for movies and board games, dinners (Christmas dinners etc) and the like, all of which you will be included in if you want to. We're also sociable outside the house and like venturing into Earlsfield to the pub, or cinema, or into central London. Don't be put off by us being established friends though; we are a really friendly and easy going bunch of housemates and we want our new housemate to be the same.

The Terms: £750 rent per month including bills. Bills include electricity & gas, TV licence, Water, council tax and Virgin internet & TV. The contract has no fixed term.

You: We see this house as a family home in that everyone in the house is very friendly and very proud to call the house a home. We want a housemate that will be the same. We want you to be friendly and sociable, but also respectful of the house, your housemates, and the items in it. We want a housemate that is chilled-out and enjoys having a good laugh and being in the company of like-minded souls. We also want someone clean and tidy of course, and willing to put in an equal weight with deep cleans of the house. No party animals please; we are on good terms with our neighbours and don't want to be "that" house! If you have a partner who you'd expect to stay at the house some nights, that's perfectly fine, but we are not looking for a couple to fill this room.

Viewings will be held in the evenings of Tuesday the 19th and Thursday the 21st November, with more viewings being held the following week if necessary.
