This is a small double suitable for single occupancy. The room has wardrobe, drawers, desk and there is a door on to the balcony. It is stylishly decorated. It has its own private white bathroom with a bath and a shower. The flat is two bedrooms, two bathrooms it is by the river and near to convenient shops, pubs and restaurants. It is quiet here and is a sanctuary away from the city really. I have lived here for 8 years with my dog Buzz.
I do ask that we close doors quietly as they can slam and I prefer no frying in the flat as it smells the place out. No noise and showering etc between 11pm-7am, so use headphones if listening to a film in the middle of the night and no chatting on the phone between those hours. Just because I'm a light sleeper and need to get my beauty sleep!
I am friendly and I like to have catch ups and coffees etc.
